New on the Menu: Spiced Roasted Acorn Squash

At the recently reopened Riverpark in New York City's Kips Bay, executive chef German Villatoro and chef de cuisine Kishen Jagmohan have created a mouthwatering dish featuring lentils stewed with carrot, onion, celery, and ginger, topped with a shawarma spice blend and coconut milk, alongside steamed, seasoned acorn squash fried for a crunchy texture.
